Pick up: From hotel in Kota Kinabalu

Journey to Kinabalu Park will take about 2 hours drive along the Crocker ridge passing through countryside, villages, mountain views and some roadside local stalls. A brief stop along the way for a photo shot of Mt Kinabalu (weather permit) and at Pekan Nabalu, one of the local stalls selling local handicraft, some fruits and vegetable. Arrived Kinabalu park, proceed for a Guided jungle walk to get a first impression of the park and its unique flora before visiting the Mt Garden.At the Mt Garden you will be guided to the collection of orchids and plants unique, some are endemic to Kinabalu Park.

Then a visit to the exhibition hall to get a brief information about the parks available in Sabah. Lunch at park’s restaurant. Go for an Audio visual show introduction to the wonders of Kinabalu park and its surrounding flora and fauna.Return to Kota Kinabalu in the early afternoon. En route option to stop by at Pottery factory for handicraft. You might want to pick up some for souvenirs.
